Your corpus is stored in isolation and is never mixed with other clients' data.
No AI training: your data is never used to train or improve our artificial-intelligence models.
Restricted access
Only the personalisation algorithms access your data, with no human intervention.
Deletion on request
You can request the complete deletion of your corpus at any time.

- Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS certified)
- Emailing: Mailjet (Mailgun Technologies SAS)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)
All our processors are bound by contractual clauses guaranteeing the protection of your data in accordance with the GDPR.
5.2 Authorities
Your data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon legal request (tax administration, judicial authorities).
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our processors may be located outside the European Union. In that case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
